Pursuant to Reg. 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the Shareholders, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today 12th January, 2024, which commenced at 12:00 P.M and concluded at 1:00 P.M has considered and approved:\r\n\r\n1. Re-appointment of Mr. Peeyush Kumar Aggarwal as a Managing Director of the Company for a further period of five years with effect of 3rd January, 2024.
